Ron Mare, Vice President of Casting at our US based, leading non-fiction content production company Magical Elves, has now been promoted to Senior Vice President of Casting. 

After joining Magical Elves in 2017, Ron has overseen the casting of both judges and contestants alike in some of the company's most prevalent shows. In this new role, Mare will continue to look after the casting of shows such as Nailed It! and Top Chef, as well as leading the casting team as a whole.
